The Centralized
Alert Server coordinates the setting/resetting of Alerts from List Locate.
This application allows Alerts generated from a single application to be sent to multiple
client applications. It also allows a single Alert Reset from any client application
to reset all other client applications active Alerts. This allows workstation X
& Y to have the same alert active and when workstation X resets the alert, it is also
reset on workstation Y. Alerts can also be reset from the Alert Server, resetting
active alerts on all client applications. A typical Alert Server User screen is
shown below.

The Alert History screen shows previous Alert Start and Reset times with the Alert
Description.
A typical screen is shown below. If alerts are active the Active Alert Tab is
displayed in Red.

The Active Alerts tab shows any Alerts which are currently active. An Active
Alert can be reset by selecting the alert and clicking the Alert Cancel command
button. A typical screen is shown below.

The Alert Server also interfaces with the Management Reports Server (MRserver) to send
Alert information to the MRserver. The Connect tab shows this connectivity.
