The ProxPic application
displays a picture of a person/item based on an EPS event.
The ProxPic Event is usually the presentation of a Proximity card being presented to a
proximity reader. The ProxIO application sends the prox
card information to the Event Processor, which then sends it to the ProxPic application.
When the ProxPic application is idle it will appear as seen below.

However, when the Event Processor sends the tag id encounter to the ProxPic
application, the picture associated with the person whose issued prox card has been seen,
will be displayed. A typical ProxPic Images display is seen below.

This allows an inspector to visually verify that the person that has just presented the
prox card is in fact the person assigned to that prox card. The clear button can be
used to blank the ProxPic screen.
